Exhibiting at CompassCon

The Fine Print:

On the date of the event, setup will take place from 8:00AM - 10:00AM. Takedown and cleanup will take place from 3:00PM - 5:00PM. It's your responsibility to ensure that your assigned area is left clean and organized.
We ask that you remain for the full duration of the event. Those who choose to pack up and leave early may be denied involvement in future events.
We strive to provide fun, family friendly events. As such Adult themed material is not permitted to be sold at our shows.
CompassCon POP UP Events assumes no responsibility for loss or damage incurred. We strongly encourage Exhibitors to invest in event insurance.

Prior to confirming your involvement in the CompassCon POP UP Market we request that you complete this online application form. Once your form has been submitted, CompassCon POP UP Events will contact you via e-mail to arrange the payment of your table rental fees.
As it relates to COVID19: We require both Exhibitors and attendees to adhere to any Government requirements that may be in place at that time. As such, while the use of masks/face shields is encouraged, they remain optional.
Excluding a cancelation due to restrictions imposed by the Ontario Government as it relates to containing the spread of COVID-19, Exhibitor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Should this event be cancelled due to such restrictions, Exhibitors will have the option of either transferring their fees to a future show or requesting a full refund.
